Methods of shipping
We have 1 shipping method: standard shipping starts from 3 to 7 days.
Costs
The shipping is not included in the product price and it’s an additional cost at checkout.
The shipping costs vary based on location and the methods of shipping.
The standard shipping:
- Cairo, Giza & Alex cost 80 L.E.
- Delta costs 90 L.E.
- Upper Egypt and Lower Egypt cost 110 L.E.
Delivery time
The standard shipping take from 3 to 7 days.
Tracking orders
The shipping company will inform you once shipped. You will be able to track your packages. Whether it’s through email updates, by SMS by whats-app or by logging into their account.
Damaged or lost items
Sometimes items get damaged or go missing in transit: these things happen! Be sure to reach out in these situations. If your order arrives damaged, let us know and send photos of the damage throw this mail (debazcustomer@gmail.com).
Customs and import taxes
The customs and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility, and the shipping cost we charge don’t include these fees, and you may be required to pay additional charges when the package reaches your country.
